That’s a pretty nice list if it were true. The real problem with this whole thing is as follows:
Project 2025 is not new. It’s not new to the media (I’m pretty sure Tucker was talking about it back when he was on FOX) and it’s not new to Trump. There is a 100% chance Trump at least knew about this, though he probably wasn’t an active participant. It’s not as if the Heritage Foundation is some pop up, fly by night organization. This isn’t like Demand Protest and Dom Tulipso.
The main goal of Project 2025 was to ensure that, if Trump were to be elected, his cabinet and downstream positions would not be filled with swamp creatures and traitors like the last time.
That Trump is now claiming ignorance is pure dishonesty. It’s a political move.
That is he disavowing the project, it’s a clear message that access to his administration is for sale. He didn’t claim ignorance and disavow Project 2025 because that is what he thinks, he did it because he was advised to do so. He’s controlled by the large donors. This is such a clear signal of that.
So, maybe Trump will win. At this point so what? There will be no wall. There will be no deportations. The best we can hope for is that he will escalate WWIII. After WWIII all of the cities will be destroyed. California and New York will be gone. After the radioactive dust settles, only actual conservative normal people will be alive. I’m not really seeing much of a downside at this stage.
